By accessing or using Gold Rush Futures ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
Gold Rush Futures is a trading intelligence platform that provides model-generated trade setups, analytics, journaling tools, and optional automated execution features for educational and informational purposes. Gold Rush does NOT provide financial advice, investment recommendations, portfolio management, or trade execution services. All trading decisions are made solely by you, the user.
Futures trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose more than your initial investment. Past performance of the Platform, its signals, or any user results shared on the Platform is not indicative of future results. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose. There is no guarantee of profit, funding, payouts, or continued access to any prop firm account.
Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The trade setups, signals, analytics, and content provided are for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and results.
If you use the Gold Rush automation bot, you acknowledge that: (a) the bot executes trades on your connected broker account based on system-generated signals; (b) you have full control to enable, disable, pause, or configure the bot at any time; (c) you are solely responsible for all trades executed by the bot on your account; (d) Gold Rush is not liable for any losses, missed trades, partial fills, slippage, technical failures, or execution errors; (e) the bot runs from your device and you are responsible for maintaining connectivity and proper configuration; (f) you must verify that automated trading is permitted by your broker and/or prop firm before enabling the bot.
If you use any trade copying or multi-account synchronization features, you acknowledge that: (a) you are responsible for verifying that trade copying is permitted by each prop firm and broker you are connected to; (b) you must only copy trades between accounts that you legally own and control; (c) Gold Rush does not guarantee execution quality, fill prices, or synchronization accuracy; (d) you are responsible for all risk management across all connected accounts; (e) latency, slippage, partial fills, and technical failures may result in different outcomes across accounts; (f) Gold Rush is not liable for any account violations, failed payouts, or account terminations resulting from the use of trade copying features.
Gold Rush is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any proprietary trading firm including but not limited to TopstepX, Apex Trader Funding, Take Profit Trader, MyFundedFutures, Bulenox, or FTMO. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the rules, terms of service, and trading parameters of your prop firm accounts. Prop firm rules change frequently — always verify current requirements directly with your firm.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. API keys and broker credentials entered into the Platform are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to or stored on Gold Rush servers unless explicitly stated. You must not share your Gold Rush account with others.
Subscriptions are billed through Whop. By subscribing, you agree to Whop's terms of service in addition to these terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your Whop account. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law.
All content, trade algorithms, signals, analytics, code, and branding on the Platform are the intellectual property of Gold Rush Futures. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gold Rush Futures and its owners, operators, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, lost data, account violations, or missed trading opportunities. Your use of the Platform is at your sole risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gold Rush Futures from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your trading activities, or your violation of these terms.
Gold Rush Futures reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
